Day 3: Is your UGW in an „unhealthy“ range of BMI?
Nope. It’s 130 lbs. will only make me have a BMI of 21.0 for my height of 5’6”, so it’s just right for my body.
@4 months agoDay 2: Describe your dream/goal body.

Difficulty Level: Easy > Medium > Hard > Expert > Asian
If this isn’t a nerdy example of fitspo I don’t know what is.
I’m Asian and I can’t do this.

It’s summer on my side of the globe and I finally found time to work out! Unfortunately, I never really stuck to my workout and I haven’t been losing that much weight which sucks cause I don’t have a beach bod and I could’ve looked better during prom, but past is past.
Anyways, I’ve been a pescetarian for about 38 days now. I’ve only broken the diet 5 times and since this started as my Lenten sacrifice, I plan to continue it all throughout except from Fridays to Sundays. So my diet’s gonna be pescetarian from Mondays to Thursdays and omivore from Fridays to Sundays. I think that makes me a Flexitarian? Correct me if I’m wrong anyways.
So I decided to take my measurements today and looking back at the one I took months ago, I don’t think that was accurate. So following this picture I found online, here are my measurements as of April 6, 2012:
Waist: 36 in
Hips: 39.5 in
Below the bust: 34 in
Wrist: 6.5 in
Forearm: 10 in
I hope I finally measured right cause my goal is for hips to at least be 30 inches and of course, to lose that 50-something lbs.
I’ve been watching Cassey Ho’s videos since I recently acquired a yoga mat. My body aches cause of her workouts but hey, no pain, no gain, right? I do my regular stretching along with this video of hers. I’m trying to master this for cardio, and for the target areas, this for my back (this is my favorite, actually), this for my muffin top, this for my abs (super easy to understand), this for my butt and legs, and this for inner thighs (slowly becoming a favorite too).
